voice, rather than representing them<\/li><li>We have direct experience of personal health budgets or personalised care, either as an individual or as a family carer<\/li><li>We recognise and address the power and information imbalance which needs to be addressed in order that people can meaningfully coproduce with systems<\/li><li>We have a significant track record in co-developing and influencing the policy and implementation of personal health budgets and personalised care<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" include:<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:14px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Developed a national personal health budget peer network, which later evolved into the NHS England Personalised Care Strategic Co-production Group<\/li><li>Led the co-production of the \u201cKey features of a personal health budget\u201d in partnership with NHS England<\/li><li>Created and delivered numerous tailored workshops on personal health budgets, care and support planning and co-production<\/li><li>Co-created and facilitated the development of local co-production groups<\/li><li>Created the Peer Leadership Academy to develop people\u2019s knowledge, skills and confidence to enable meaningful co-production of personalised care<\/li><li>Provided practical support to enable people to participate in NHS England\u2019s Personalised Care Strategic Co-production work<\/li><li>Co-created, with NHS England and other partners, the new online Peer Leadership Development Programme<\/li><li>Created innovative resources on personal health budgets, continuing healthcare and co-production<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Peoplehub is experienced in creating tailored workshops for a wide range of audiences, including individuals and families, voluntary organisations, health professionals, providers, and commissioners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve created and delivered half day and full day workshops and training sessions on a range of topics including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>An introduction to personal health budgets<\/li><li>Personalised care and support planning for personal health budgets<\/li><li>Co-production<\/li><li>Facilitating
